Latest news

3 Sept The website

The site looks different again — sorry for the to-ing and fro-ing. The last one was making us hard to find on Google, so we have rebuilt it properly. Nothing about the spa, or how you book, has changed.
8 Sept The sauna is back

Fifteen minutes in the sauna is now included with any massage, taken before you go through. Just mention it when you book so reception can leave time for it.

How often does the rota change?

It is set a few days ahead and published here as soon as it is. It still moves — people swap shifts and cover each other — so if you are driving any distance, ring first. A two-minute call has saved a lot of wasted journeys from Bedford and Cambridge.

Can I book someone who is not on this week?

Yes. Ring 01438 820224 and ask when she is next in. The rota often runs further ahead than what is published here, and it is frequently sooner than this page suggests.

Is this the same rota reception works from?

Yes. There is no second version and nothing is held back — what you see here is what they see when you ring.

I have never been. Who should I ask for?

Say so when you ring and describe what you are after — firmer, slower, first time, nervous. Reception will suggest someone. That conversation happens several times a day and nobody will make it awkward.

Ring and we'll tell you exactly who's free
