Massage therapist vacancies
We are always glad to hear from good therapists, whether or not there is a shift going at the time. Several of the team have been here a very long time — that is the sort of place it is, and the sort of person we are looking for.
Why work here
The Maltings has been going since the 1990s and on the Codicote Road since 2005. It is naturist massage, which means you work undressed, as the guest does. Everyone here does the same and nobody is asked to do anything the rest of the team does not. If that is not for you, this is not the job, and there is no point either of us finding that out in week two.
Sessions are thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes with a break between. The list is full body, deep tissue, hot stones, four hand, tantric and body to body — you would not be expected to cover all six on day one, and most of the team have one or two they are known for.
What you get

- Discussed directly and based on days and experience. Cash settlement, same as everything else here. Ring and ask rather than working from anything written elsewhere.
- You choose your shifts
- Set weekly through the rota and agreed with you in advance. Some of the team work two days, some five. We are open 11am to 7:30pm, so no early starts and no nights.
- A settled place to work
- A quiet, established customer base rather than a high-turnover operation. Everyone here has an equal say in what they will and will not do, and that is taken seriously.
What we are looking for
A proper massage qualification and the confidence to work naturist. Beyond that, the thing that matters most is manner. A good half of the people who walk in are nervous and quite a few have never been anywhere like this — the therapists who do best put that at ease without making a performance of it. Experience in naturist work is welcome and not required; several of the team came from ordinary massage backgrounds and learned this side of it here.
Discretion works both ways
The same privacy the guests get applies to the people who work here. Your name appears on the team page only if you want it to, photographs only with your agreement, and nothing goes anywhere else.
