Because a calendar cannot answer the questions people actually have. Most first-time callers want to ask something before they commit, and a booking widget gives them nowhere to do it. Reception can tell you who is in, what suits, how long to allow and what happens when you arrive, and take the booking in the same conversation. It also means nothing is stored — no account, no password, no card on file and no confirmation email sitting in an inbox.

Reception will ask roughly when suits, whether you have a therapist in mind, and which massage you are after — and if you do not know, describe what you want from the hour and they will suggest one. That is the whole call, and it takes about two minutes. There is no deposit and no booking fee; you pay cash on arrival, before your massage.

Ring as early as you reasonably can and there is no charge and no awkwardness. Things come up. What we would ask is that you ring rather than not turning up — a therapist held an hour for you, and a two-minute call means somebody else can have it.

Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7:30pm. Sunday, 12pm to 7pm. The last bookable appointment is not at closing time, so if you want a late one, ring and ask what is genuinely free rather than working it out from the hours. The bar at the bottom of the page shows whether we are open right now.
