A full body naturist massage is the standard massage most people come here for, given with both you and your therapist undressed, in a private massage room, by appointment. Thirty minutes is £80, forty-five £100 and sixty £120, paid in cash on arrival. There is no deposit and no booking fee.
Who it suits, and who it does not
It suits almost anybody, and it is the right first booking if you have never been to a naturist spa before. You do not need to be flexible, fit, young, or comfortable being undressed in front of strangers — most people are not, the first time, and it stops mattering within about five minutes of lying down.
It is not the right choice if you have one specific stubborn knot you want dealt with; the deep tissue massage is the tool for that. Nor is it the right choice if you find any firm pressure genuinely uncomfortable, in which case hot stones will suit you better.
What it feels like
From there it is shoulders and neck, then arms, then the backs of the legs. You turn over about halfway. The front is lighter work: fronts of the legs, arms and hands, and finishing at the shoulders and scalp. Afterwards you shower here if you want to, and you leave when you are ready rather than when the hour is technically up.
The pressure is medium by default and adjusted to you within the first few minutes. You will be asked. If you are asked and you say it is fine when it is not, you will get an hour of a massage you did not want, so say what you actually think — firmer, lighter, or leave that bit alone.
You can change your mind partway through and it is not awkward. Therapists here would far rather adjust than have you lie there enduring it politely.
Afterwards
Drink some water and do not rush off. There are showers, and most people use them. You may feel slightly heavy or slow for an hour or so, which is normal and passes.

Questions people ask
Why naturist rather than draped?
Without towels to move and re-tuck, the strokes run uninterrupted from head to toe. It is a better massage, and after the first few minutes almost nobody thinks about it again.
Are your therapists qualified?
Yes. Everyone working here is trained in Swedish and remedial massage, and between them the team has decades of experience on this site.
Can I ask for a particular therapist?
Of course, and most of our regulars do. Ring ahead and we will tell you who is in and when they are next free.
Is thirty minutes long enough?
For a back, neck and shoulders, yes. If you want the whole body properly covered rather than hurried, book forty-five or sixty — it is £100 or £120 against £80, and it is the difference between a treatment and a taste of one.
How does it compare to the deep tissue massage?
Same coverage, different pressure. The full body is the standard massage most people want; deep tissue at the same price works harder into specific knots and is not the one to pick if you simply want to switch off.
Do I need to bring anything?
Cash, and that is all. There is no deposit and no booking fee, towels and showers are here, and you do not need to bring anything to wear because the massage is naturist throughout.
